PRODUCT DETAILS
● The homogeneous distribution of hot air inside the dryer is done by means of the conical air circulating cones.
There is a Turbo system, with an aluminum propeller, which pumps the air inside the body of the cone by rotating in a high revolution.
The air, which goes through the fan, is then distributed onto the pieces through jaluzi type outlets.
Due to the design of air circulating cones, there is homogeneous air distribution from the top to the bottom outlets.
● Air Circulating Cone Drives assembled on dryer roof, for rotation with slow revolution speed. Each cone is maintained by automatic lubrication tube.
● There are two dampers in the system, one controlling fresh air / recirculation air, and one controlling exhaust air. Servomotor regulates the dampers according to commands from PLC.
● For safety, pressure differences are controlled and burner is turned down in case main fan stops.
● Humidity & Temperature Sensors High accuracy transmiters working with microprocessor base,
measures temperature & humidty in chamber. For safety, there are 2 thermostats, one in hot air branch duct, one inside chamber.
● Drying Software operator can formulate drying curves easily with graphic inputs made by mouse click. Set humidity / temperature values are followed precisely according to the drying curve by PID control. The software is user friendly and provides maximum accurate control.
● Humidifier unit creates humidity into the chamber according to the drying curve to eliminate drying cracks. humidification is made by special atomized nozzles. These nozzles atomize water with air and blow moisture into the chamber. All distribution line of the humidifier unit is in stainless steel.
Humidifier system and curve is controlled precisely by the PLC.
● Thermoblock hot air is generated by this unit and is ditributed inside the chamber by hot air branck ducts. There are two dampers on the heating unit, which modulates the quantity of fresh air & recirculation air inside the chamber according to the drying curve. There is a special burner used in the system with a very large modulation range.
