UKCast’s Body Preparation Plant is totally user friendly and its PLC automation system provide the operator to follow each step of preparation. All parameters as ratios of raw materials, heat of the slip etc.
UKCast’s preparation plants of consider the conditions of the production plant and its environments as composition, climate, Type of casting (Bench casting, high pressure casting, Low pressure casting for sanitaryware and other) and required casting rate.
