The UKCast UKM – 360 High Pressure Stick On Rim WC Casting Machine has been designed with purpose to casting of Wall Hung WC products. Machine equipment with 2 + 2 casting moulds.

Structural and functional features:

Proportional hydraulics for activation of mould – tightening piston;

Slip and consolidating compressed air networks which allow simultaneous management of 10 different casting cycles

Centralization of the fluid control units (slip, consolidating compressed air , ejection compressed air vacuum

Auxiliary vacuum and water ) in a single electropneumatic board ;

Microprocessor – regulated system;

Use of moulds (filters) in micro and macro porous resin which are long – lasting and wear – free with superb surface finish
